Gary Franks
Vice President Sales
Gary has been working here at Ventana Mortgage since 1992. He started in the business processing loans and has built his base of mortgage lending knowledge around the underwriting guidelines used to properly process mortgage applications. Gary began originating loans as a Loan Officer in 1996 and over the years has been a top producer, while also serving as Ventana Mortgage's Sales Manager. Gary's expertise encompasses all facets of residential lending, including purchasing, building and refinancing.
Gary has helped hundreds of customers reach their goals, whether it be homeownership, lowering their payments, or constructing a new home. The vast majority of his business comes from word of mouth referrals. Mark Tronziger
Mark joined the successful team at Ventana Mortgage in March of 2000, and has been in the mortgage business since 1998.
A graduate of Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania, Mark worked for the New York Stock Exchange for a short while before moving to Tucson.
Currently, he is one of the Senior Loan Officers at Ventana Mortgage Corporation. His superior knowledge of the mortgage business, accompanied with his high level of customer service, has earned him a place as one of the top producing loan officers in the Tucson marketplace.
Mark is also a member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers and currently sits on the local board of the Southern Chapter of the Arizona Association of Mortgage Brokers.

Bill Swain

Bill has been in the mortgage industry for 19 years and has guided thousands of home loan customers over the course of his career. Bill has experienced the full spectrum of positions in the mortgage world; from loan officer to district manager to underwriter...but his love for originating loans is nearest to his heart! Where some loan officers leave the post-application work to their processors, Bill personally oversees the transaction and constantly notifies and updates...he is always available to answer questions.
Bill graduated from the University of Arizona with a business degree, majoring in economics. He combines this educational knowledge with his mortgage career experience to inform his clients of all financial aspects of the home loan process, from the risks/rewards of paying points to floating and locking interest rates.
